Return & Refund Policy

1. For any delivery delay, lost and damages due to courier / post service fault, please log an official report to the courier service center/post office. We'll reimburse the damage once the report is accepted and the office approve to make compensation to the loss.
2. SS2U and delivery service office have to be notified and reported by receiver immediately when parcel is received. 
3. We will strictly make sure that all items are brand new, in good condition and wrapped properly before delivery is made.
4. For wrong orders, please report to us, we will take nessessary actions to solve this matter.
5. We will ensure your items are brand new and unbroken before sending out. We will wrap all your parcel in proper way. For fragile item, we will stick "FRAGILE" sticker on your parcel. Any mishandling caused by the post or courier service is out-of-our-control. However, SS2U will reimburse the damage when customer log an official report to the respective delivery service office and when they agree to refund the damage. We advise you to choose a prominent courier service company for your safety.

For urgency, please put a note on Required Date prior to order confirmation.
SS2U will not be responsible for any delay on shipping caused by miscommunication or lack of information from customer.
