Q. Parcel Delivery
DELIVERY TYPE AND SCHEDULE:
1. Poslaju Courier - 2 to 3 working days
2. Pos Malaysia - 7 working days
For urgent orders, please mention your date required to receive your order for SS2U to take note. No delivery made on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays & Public Holiday. For favors that required to be folded or fragile item, we may consider to deliver to your doorstep on hand. Please contact us in advance to check for this.
Q. How long does the parcel delivery usually takes?
The fastest delivery within Malaysia usually will takes about 2-3 working days for ready stock (Using Poslaju). And overseas will take 1 to 2 weeks fastest. Customer may choose their options and delivery company depend on cost and time. For cheapest delivery charge and not urgent, please choose Pos Malaysia. For items that is not available now or urgent order, please contact us. We may assist you on this request.
Q. Self-collection
First come, first serve. Reservation is not valid without any payment/deposit is made. If you wish to make reservation in advance, 50% booking deposit from total order is required (Payment can be made via Cheque / Bank Transfer to Maybank & Public Bank. POSB for Singapore account) If you need urgently but we are not available to to assist you on time, please come to our shop directly.
Customers must collect the item within 1 month after reservation is made. We will reserve customer's item until customer come and collect them with valid receipt of order. However, after 1 month, SS2U will not be responsible if the item is lost or misplaced due to unforsee circumstances. SS2U will refund the payment done by customer on the unfound item.
Q. Balloon with Helium Gas & Delivery Service
1. Delivery service is available within Klang Valley.
2. The helium balloon will last about 8 hours after it is in-flated (filled with helium gas).
3. For longer lasting type (up to 24 hours), we will add special mixture into the gas and additional charge will be imposed. Please check with us.
4. Delivery Service for Helium Balloon is charged at minimum RM30 within our operation hour. Customer may specify location, date and time to check with SS2U on the exact delivery charge. We advise customer to self-collect if their place is nearby.
5. Minimum order for the balloons to be delivered is 15pcs balloon or RM50 sales amount which ever lower.
6. There is no minimum order if customer purchase and collect from our shop.
7. Customer may specify or mix the color of balloon as long as we have available colors.
8. The helium balloons need sometime to prepare. Customers will tight schedule are advised to make the booking in advance so that they don't need to wait.
9. SS2U may have rights to reject customer's delivery request (if payment is made last minute or time is insufficient for SS2U to prepare or our delivery service is fully occupied). We advise customer to order and collect instantly if the order is too last minute.
Q. I wish to order from this site, can I give deposit first?
You can only place deposit when you make the order from our retail shop.
For online order or self-collect from SS2U Shop, we will proceed your order only when 100% payment is received (for order less than RM100). For order more than RM100 value, we can proceed with 50% down-payment. Remote payment can be made via Cheque / Bank Transfer to Maybank & Public Bank. POSB for Singapore account.
Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here. And email to

to notify us if you have made the order and would like to change the shipping address.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

- Orders that are in progress or shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) & Singapore Dollar (SGD). For other currency, please check with us.
Q. If I receive my items in bad condition like broken, can I refund?
We will ensure your items are brand new and unbroken before sending out. We will wrap all your parcel in proper way. For fragile item, we will stick "FRAGILE" sticker on your parcel. Any mishandling caused by the post or courier service is out-of-our-control. However, SS2U will reimburse the damage when customer log an official report to the respective delivery service office and when they agree to refund the damage. For any delivery delay and damages due to courier / post service fault, please log an official report to the courier service center/post office. We'll reimburse the damage once the report is accepted. We will strictly make sure that all items are brand new, in good condition and wrapped properly before delivery is made. We advise you to choose a prominent courier service company (like DHL) for your safety. To read further detail, Refund and Return Policy.
